I searched for a car with the options and price I wanted wit Just like the title says, this was the best and easiest car buying experience in my life. I searched for a car with the options and price I wanted within a 150 mile radius of my home. I only found 1 and it was 144 miles from home. In less than 1 day, I had my approval for the exact price as advertised and the vehicle was delivered to my driveway! The salesman Daniel was just the best! Super helpful and friendly! Everything was up front with no surprises. I will definitely shop from this dealership in the future! More

Problems with Charging system I called about the problem and was told to bring it in, without an appointment. I did, and they got on it very quickly considering there were three o I called about the problem and was told to bring it in, without an appointment. I did, and they got on it very quickly considering there were three other cars ahead of me who had appointments. When they found issues that needed parts not on hand, they arranged a rental car for me to drive until the repairs were made.. Everything was fixed, then they told me the good news - it was a warranty problem and covered completely! Very happy with their service. More
A Few Aggravations There are a couple of things I was not happy about. One is Jason did not go over the amenities of the car. There are things I am still negotiating which, probably, could have been easier handled if he would have explained these aspects of the car. Secondly, I have purchased many, many brand new cars in the past and never have I not received a complete owner's manual. Based on my first comment, obviously, I needed to refer to the owners manual for additional assistance. Imagine my surprise to realize I received some sort of abbreviated version. I had to google the info. Not good. Also, I provided couple code (49174-9568) for a $50 gift card for test driving a car by June 8th. Obviously, I not only test drove, (two actually), and purchased one. When I asked Jason about it he said it would be "handled by corporate"? What does that mean? It clearly states on the coupon the salesman would "validate" the coupon, which he did not. On a good note he was very good at keeping in contact with me and arriving timely for our appointment. He was very nice and friendly and I appreciated his responsiveness. The biggest time was awaiting for the car to be "cleaned up" however there were still stickers on the windshield, which should have been removed. I would appreciate someone contacting me regarding the owner's manual and the gift card please. More

He helped find multiple vehicles I loved and quickly provided me with keys to test drive. Within 2 hours of being at the dealership with included driving and looking at multiple vehicles I was ready to sign paperwork on a brand new Jeep Renegade!! I highly recommend giving Daniel Arroyo a visit or call if you’re interested in something new. More
