Price/cost/ service I took my 2008 Chrysler 300 in to find out why my car was making a noise on the passer side under the hood said I needed to replace my alternator and I took my 2008 Chrysler 300 in to find out why my car was making a noise on the passer side under the hood said I needed to replace my alternator and pully I got an alternator and the work was done , I was called by Norman that thev work was completed. When my wife cranked up the car there was a louder sound coming from it and I told Norman he came to the car to hear the sound he said to drive it and it would go away we drove it and the loud noise was still there I took it back the next morning , I got a call back from Norman he said that it was the belt needed to be replaced. That's 2 days wasted for for me, in stead of me having to point the noise out to Norman the noise had to heard by the person who worked on it. The car is doing find now, my time and all the money I had to pay for this issue is not good customer service. More

Excellent service from Daniel I went to the dealership, looking for a jeep. Daniel met us in the parking lot. We had met him before. He knew exactly what we were looking for!! Shady Dealers They are not for the customer's best interest. They do not return phone calls. They are untrustworthy. They only care about lining their pockets. He was beyond helpful and apologized for any inconvenience we felt. The manager told us “we will be losing service by selling this car to you since you live in Myrtle Beach and will not be getting your car serviced through us.” Really? Obviously he did not want to sell us a car. I cannot recall his name but I wish I did. He was very unpleasant. The other employees were lovely. Between Vyus, the other salesmen, and the finance gentlemen, they made the trip worth it ALL THE WAY from Myrtle Beach. We also felt unwelcome by the manager because he was unhappy with us for having our own financing. Truly we felt unwelcome by him and we will definitely not be going to get our new truck serviced by this establishment specifically because of the comments he made towards us.
