Chrysler made vehicles are known to rust apart fast, my Dodge needed new brake rotors and pads in the first 20,000 miles and burned 1/2 quart of oil every 3,500 miles. I will from now on boycott buying Dodge needed new brake rotors and pads in the first 20,000 miles and burned 1/2 quart of oil every 3,500 miles. I will from now on boycott buying any Chrysler made vehicle, that includes Stellantis made vehicles. More
I purchased a used vehicle from Tony Ts, this is my daughter’s first car. The vehicle was listed as mint condition and my decision to purchase the vehicle was based on there being no mechanical issues. daughter’s first car. The vehicle was listed as mint condition and my decision to purchase the vehicle was based on there being no mechanical issues. Two days after purchase the check engine light came on for the gas cap missing. The gas cap was missing when I purchased the vehicle, so the check engine light should have been on at the time of purchase. I purchased a gas cap on my own and the gas cap error went away, but the check engine light was still throwing another error for a temperature regulation issue. I purchased an OBD II reader that tells you if codes have been cleared, and not to my surprise, they were. I called the dealership and explained this, they told me to bring it in to the service department. When brining it to the service department and explaining the situation to the service manager Juan Foronda, he told me that even if it was I could not prove it so it’s my problem. He then did not even look at my vehicle. He also made it a point to tell me to “read the contract” and I bought the car “as is” so it’s my problem. “As is” does not matter if my decision to purchase the car was based on what I was told and shown at time of purchase, I was told the car was mint condition and there were no errors displayed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. There was also NO buyers guide posted on the vehicle in any capacity, which is covered by the FTCs “used car rule”. While at the service department there were others that were frustrated with the level of service, knowledge, and communication style of the service department. I tried reaching out to the owner Tony and the General Manager Bill with no luck. I was finally able to get in contact with Bill via telephone and explained the issue to him, he let me know he would speak with the service manager and give me a call back the next day. I do believe he spoke with the service manager because Juan called me to “apologize” and offer to discount labor and service to fix the vehicle. Having to pay to get a vehicle fixed that was falsely marketed and had defects cleared is not a reasonable response. He also let me know that no one should have let that vehicle even be sold. I am still waiting to hear back from anyone on the team. I would not recommend anyone to shop here or have their vehicles serviced here. More
I was inquiring about a Wrangler Jeep, and upon receiving an email stating that the car was available, I headed to the showroom. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the car had already been sold a few days ago. Subsequently, I requested test drives for a couple of other cars and ultimately settled on a Dodge Challenger. After some negotiation, we agreed on the trade-in, and after a 3-hour wait, their bank approved the loan. The salesman congratulated me on the loan approval and mentioned that the finance office would soon contact me for paperwork. Later, with a somber expression, he approached me at my desk and conveyed that, despite being able to sell the car, his gut feeling was hesitating due to the lack of benefit for him. He suggested a higher price of at least 29k instead of the agreed 27k. I was taken aback by this sudden change, wondering why they wasted my time and seemingly misled me. The concern about the impact on my credit score was evident. I was perplexed as to why they requested and reviewed all my documents if they had no intention of completing the sale. I offered to finance through my bank if there were issues with theirs, but they insisted everything was fine. This experience left me shocked and disappointed. It not only wasted my time but also raised questions about the integrity of their business practices. I would caution others against visiting this showroom, as they might face similar deceptive practices. More

Long story but worth the read. Purchased a new jeep in 2018 at this dealership. At the first service of oil change and tire rotation, I get about 1 mile from the dealership and have a terrible shake in the steering. Get out, ALL the lug nuts on the jeep are loose. Call and they send someone out to tighten. Fast forward. Make an appointment online to have my 2021 jeep serviced with oil change and 5 tire rotation. Get to the dealership, told I do not have an appointment as the web site is not working properly. I have 2 confirmation emails that said I have an appointment. Get the oil change and only 4 tires rotated, not per my instructions. Get home, approximately 45 miles away, and discover that the locking lug nuts are all loose and I do not have a key. Call the dealership, they say it is safe to drive with only 4 lug nuts so I ask, why does the vehicle have 5 then? They say to take it somewhere local to me and have the lug nuts tightened. Finally, they agree to have it towed back and complete their mistake. I sent a written note in the drivers seat to rotate the 5th tire like they were supposed to do in the beginning. They then return the jeep to me with still no 5th tire rotation and also 45 miles of less gas than was in the vehicle. Would not recommend this dealership for any service needs! More

I was so disgusted since I know many older fo a letter with my car make and model number. The letter stated that my NEW car was on the purchase list.
