I purchased used truck January 16. I did not receive my registration for my tag transfer until March 21. 65 days. SC law states you have 45 days to transfer tags. I wasn't able to drive my vehicle for 20 days due to this. When I finally received my registration it was actually a new tag. They did not transfer my tags as requested. They had a new one issued. This will cost me an additional property tax bill. I called and emailed different people in the dealership. The only person who responded was my sales person Elizabeth. I tried to leave voice mails and I received notification their mailbox was full and couldn't leave a message. I finally filled a complaint with the SCDMV. This is an unacceptable business practice. This review and complaint could be avoided if someone would just make contact when and if there was an issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I would ask to speak to the manager and I would talk to him about it and He said Ill call you right back. But guess what He never did. Then I would call back and they would not answer me. They have avoided me ever since. So don't trust them or even give them your business. Not worth the head ache. More

I had a great experience they was very professional and would do businesses with them again!!!! They hire employees knowing they cannot afford to pay them, have them work and make money for the dealership and then fire them and send them some fine print clause in the pay plan as to why they don’t have to pay them. They sell cars and roll back the odometers on the paperwork and force the finance managers to sign paperwork saying that a vehicle with 12K miles on it has less than 4K miles so that they can still sell the vehicle as new. Brian Lock is the main one who produces the fraudulent documents and we have VIDEO PROOF of this. Carnell Saleem is the one who tells management to roll back mileage and contract inaccurate miles and vehicle information. Tony Thomas, the owner of the dealership, is as crooked as they come and hides behind his title and makes his sidekick Carnell do all his dirty work. Typical good cop, bad cop situation. They are scared to death of an audit due to their HIGH FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.
