They hire employees knowing they cannot afford to pay them, have them work and make money for the dealership and then fire them and send them some fine print clause in the pay plan as to why they don’t have to pay them. They sell cars and roll back the odometers on the paperwork and force the finance managers to sign paperwork saying that a vehicle with 12K miles on it has less than 4K miles so that they can still sell the vehicle as new. Brian Lock is the main one who produces the fraudulent documents and we have VIDEO PROOF of this. Carnell Saleem is the one who tells management to roll back mileage and contract inaccurate miles and vehicle information. Tony Thomas, the owner of the dealership, is as crooked as they come and hides behind his title and makes his sidekick Carnell do all his dirty work. Typical good cop, bad cop situation. I’ve been to the dealership twice to have it addressed and never heard back from them. When I called to request an update they didn’t even know who I was. When they finally figured it out, they told me that my case had expired and I would need to come in a third time. The General Manager Carnel assured me they were going to make thing right with me, but it has been a week and I’ve yet to hear back from them. Super high pressure salesman and horrible service. Find another place to buy your car! More
