I did not purchase my 2021 Nissan Rogue at this dealership as the color I wanted had extremely limited availability (32 in the country). Thus the first dealership that was able to get it for me got dealership as the color I wanted had extremely limited availability (32 in the country). Thus the first dealership that was able to get it for me got my sale. I have used that dealership for an issue as it’s close to our 2nd location. However recently I had an issue with my vehicle and brought it to the Tony Serra Nissan dealership as it’s close to our home. I found the service department staff extremely friendly and they took care of my issue promptly even though I didn’t have an appointment and hadn’t purchased my car there. Most recently my husband had a medical issue requiring hospitalization and I was in need of an oil change which I am adamant about doing timely. I didn’t have the time to go to the dealership where I had purchased the vehicle, so I stopped at the Tony Serra Nissan dealership and asked if they could do my oil change and honor the discount coupon that I had received from the dealership that I had purchased my Rogue from. Much to my surprise they did even better as they gave me a free oil change and tire rotation as that’s what they provide for the new vehicles they sell! I was amazed and obviously very pleased! Again the service department staff was very friendly and did their absolute best to accommodate my needs! I highly recommend the service department at Tony Serra Nissan as they certainly know how to treat their customers! More
