They charge way too much for services rendered. Was gonna charge my mom $300 to replace an interior door handle. I always have the same service, oil change and tires rotated and balances. Not one single time have I been charged the same. Some times it's free, sometimes it's over $100, sometimes it's around $90. If someone buys a car from you, bits extra warranty, you make them bring the car in for service or your warranty is void. Yet you charge them for this basic service.
