WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR They will lie to your face! My son bought a car for a set agreed upon price. We asked before we paid if the registration for 2023 was included and told yes. My son was told they My son bought a car for a set agreed upon price. We asked before we paid if the registration for 2023 was included and told yes. My son was told they (the Dealership) HAD to renew his registration for 2023 because his birthday was too close (In 2 weeks) for them not to. He had asked the dealership salesperson and (acting because they change like underwear) GM if was included and he said yes. He was also told the previous owner was sending the second key fob, but lied about that as well. RUN, DONT BUY A CAR HERE THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE! THIS WAS THE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS RESPONSE I RECEIVED: Hi Sherry Smith, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit. We are a car dealership that provides a service to our customers. Registration and license plates are a state requirement. THESE ARE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VEHICLE OWNER! It is also common sense that you can not transfer an expired registration which is what you provided. If you are unaware of this, ignorance is no excuse according to the Secretary of State of MI. The GM never once spoke with you during your purchase, this I can assure you as I am the GM. If you would have spoken with me, I would have informed you that you can not transfer an expired registration without renewing it. I would have then asked how you will be paying for the new registration as it is YOUR responsibility as a registered driver in the State of MI. Everyone pays for their own plates so I'm not sure why you thought you could be the exception to the rule. The previous owner did say he was mailing the second key but he must have forgot. You can assume he lied but I like to give the customer a benefit of doubt and assume he got busy with his other life matters. Assuming things is not reality so I wanted to tell you the facts of plate responsibility. MY RESPONSE: The only assumption made was by you in thinking that scamming customers gets you anywhere. Praying you will answer for your actions in this life, and someone will put you in your place very soon. So very sad that dealerships like you are allowed to take advantage of people. Shame on you. Transparency, straight forward, honest, genuine, and actually caring about what is best for the customer. The place is under construction so it was not the most ascetically pleasing place to visit but n actually caring about what is best for the customer. The place is under construction so it was not the most ascetically pleasing place to visit but never judge a book by it's cover. Not a review leaver but I had to let people know, It feels good to never have to worry about where I’m buying every car from for the rest of my life! More
Dishonest I don't recommend doing business with this dealership. They are like the devil. They are very friendly interacting with you while ripping you off. W I don't recommend doing business with this dealership. They are like the devil. They are very friendly interacting with you while ripping you off. We bought a used 2011 Nissan Rogue from them a few weeks ago. They didn't disclose that there was only one key that came with the vehicle, until after we paid and signed everything. It took me 2 weeks to get the GM Lee to even respond back to me via text. On top of that, the CV Joints started leaking grease, and our mechanic said they sold us a vehicle with dry rotted tires. The repair bill is around $2000. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS DEALERSHIP TO THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL. ANYONE ELSE WHO GOT RIPPED OFF, PLEASE MAKE A REPORT AS WELL. More
