Arnel did a great job in putting me in a car that would best fit my needs and he did everything possible to get me in a great car at a great price. Colleen seem not the uv protection of the tint which is best fit my needs and he did everything possible to get me in a great car at a great price. Colleen seem not the uv protection of the tint which is why I did not get the tint through honda, also she does not know what the warranty covered on the rust proofing, I seemed to get my questions answerexd with a "I do not know" and that did not sit well with me, she was not even incline to find out, it was a very fustrating process and I hope I can get some of these questions answered like what is the name of the product that is used on the frabic, etc.. I hope some in service can help me when io bring my car in for the rust proofing, if not i may not allow honda to touch my car as it was shown to me that the personal that is selling the products does not know what the product is only the dollar amount and and the length of warranty. I called the Service Department to schedule an appt. When I asked to schedule an appt for my car, a girl named "Britney" stated "Are you sure?" I was shocked and at the unprofessional tone. Second time buyer. Elena is our sister in law with good credit so car had to go under her. I Marlon and Kasey Jumila, bought a 2006 Honda Accord brand new from Moi. I took my car in for a creaking/rattling issue of the rear deck of a 2013 Honda Accord. Before I took the car in, I had my friend drive the car around so I could pinpoint where the rattling was coming f rear deck of a 2013 Honda Accord. Before I took the car in, I had my friend drive the car around so I could pinpoint where the rattling was coming from which was on the driver's side rear pillar. I was thinking that if I could tell them where the noise was coming from it would be easier to fix, and I'm 100% sure that that was the right source of the rattling. The first time I took the car in, I told the service advisor Danny what the problem was and showed him where the rattling/creaking was coming from. Later on that day, Danny notified me that they had found the rattling and fixed it by chipping some paint from the bracket where it was coming from. On the way home I start hearing the noise again so I make another appointment for the next week. This time I let them know again where the noise is coming from and hope they can fix it. Danny notifies me later that this time they couldn't hear any noise but fixed some bent clips on the rear deck which is on the passenger side. What? So I already know that they didn't fix the problem because they're working on the wrong side. Danny tells me that unfortunately they can't do anything else for me because they can't find the problem and to take it to the original dealer where I bought the car from which is Pacific Honda. First of all I'm taking it to Tony Honda because I live around the area and it's more convenient for me, and secondly, what is the difference from taking it from one service place to another? It's all Honda Service Centers! I pick my car up and this time before I leave the parking lot I hear the rattling again. The noise is pretty loud and constant so I find it hard to believe that ASE certified technicians couldn't find where the noise was coming from. Now I'm stuck with a one year old car with a horrible rattling noise that can't be fixed, unbelievable. I'm never buying a Honda again. More
