We had an issue with the overall experience (not particular to Saturday's visit). My wife brought in the vehicle for inspection and was told by the service tech that they would order the parts. After hearing nothing for over a week, my wife called back and spoke with the parts dept who said there was a mess up and the part was never ordered. Your folks then ordered and expedited the part and called when it was ready. We were given an appointment a week out and the actual service was not an issue. While there for service Andrew also id'd that our oil level was low and offered an oil change service which I accepted. When checking out, we were handling another part that needed to be ordered (crossing my fingers!) and after leaving realized that they hadn't offered me a military discount on the services (which they had done before and I thought was on the file). Regardless, I will have to be more on top of my game when coming to your dealership for service. Thankfully, the part wasn't critical and so the delay didn't cause a huge burden (besides nuisance) but from past experiences with other dealers a screw up like that would usually have ended up in the oil change being comp'd not charged full price. Given all those factors together, is why I gave an overall 3-4 rating. More

I'd like to single out in particular Mr. Kerry Kobayashi, our sales associate who is truly friendliness and efficiency of employees at Tony Honda. He went above and beyond what was necessary ( including insisting that he stay after closing to review extra car features for us after we purchased car) & always had a smile and warm disposition. This was our first experience buying a Honda. We were looking for a van and was referred to Moi at Tony Honda. When we arrived we were greeted by Woody who was very cheerful. We asked for Moi, who we w looking for a van and was referred to Moi at Tony Honda. When we arrived we were greeted by Woody who was very cheerful. We asked for Moi, who we were directed to. We explained that it was our first Honda and that we were looking for a van. Moi had Woody show us the van that was comparable to what we were looking for and took us for a test run. We came back to the dealership and Woody continued to show us all the details of the van, then we went in to talk cost. We were able to get the cost pricing that we were looking for and became first time owners of a Honda Odyssey Van. More

Sean Kikuchi checked my car in for an oil change and safety check. He reviewed my service history and noted it had been almost 10 years since I had the transmission fluids changed. As soon as we walked up to the dealership... Tracie greeted us and asked what kind of help we needed. We told her we were interested in the Honda Odyssey.
