There service people shouldn't touch Mercedes vehicles. After 2 visits they managed to change my oil and filter and tell me that my ML 350 steering column electric adjustment lever is working fine as it onl After 2 visits they managed to change my oil and filter and tell me that my ML 350 steering column electric adjustment lever is working fine as it only goes in and out, and is not suppose to go up and down. Page 112 of the owners manual says otherwise and it should go both ways. Their "Mercedes" mechanic says one way only and their service writer says the same. Mercedes says otherwise. If the internet was consulted, they would have found that this is a common problem. Interestingly I bought this ML 350 from them earlier in the year and pointed out the problem and they said they would look after it under warranty. Not done and so far 2 afternoons wasted with a cost of $235.83 to change the oil and a filter. I would not return to them. More

Shayne was very accommodating, personable and not at all pushy but he did help me weigh the pros for purchasing the Pilot. He took a lot of time with me as I struggled to make the decision to buy. The manager offered a great trade-in price for my CRV, a special offer finance rate and a decent monthly payment. The finance process was simple because I had previously financed with Honda for my CRV. The whole process was the easiest car purchase ever and all of the employees involved were friendly and helpful. More
