I would love to help you if there is something we should be doing that we're not doing. I don't know about certificates at delivery and the title comes from the state. CSM responded

Unfortunately, it is now too late for your folks to help. They messed up at day of delivery by not having everything promised in advance ready. They messed up again Monday of this week by not overnighting the MSO origination document to the Registry as promised by two personnel at Tony Divino Toyota. One of them lied -- yes, lied -- Tuesday saying that it had been picked up by FedEx Monday, when the label had in fact not yet even been created at the time of our call Tuesday! Then, after promising for 9 days overall that it would be overnighted by FedEx to me, your personnel decided that it should not and will not be sent to me at all. Poorly handled by several folks, at several points in the process. The incompetence aside, the outright lie is unforgivable, in my view.
