If Stephanie is your service tech run. Do not walk away run away. She does not schedule appointments like she says she will. She does not give you updates on your vehicle leaving you stran Do not walk away run away. She does not schedule appointments like she says she will. She does not give you updates on your vehicle leaving you stranded for days if not a whole week. Absolutely appalling customer service. You are better off going to any where else. They accuse you of doing things you would Absolutely not do to you vehicle and then back peddle when you prove them wrong. They also charge ridiculous amounts in labor. They hide part of the cost under parts, but they lie. A $2k difference in a fix between two different dealerships is absolute crap. And they are the ones who charge more. I am 100% a toyota person and my next car is still going to be a toyota but I will not give this dealership one more cent. Oh and dont belive a word Dennis King says. He will not resolve the problem or make it right. More
I will never go back to Tony Divino due to their service department. The Air Bag warning light came on, so I took it in early in the morning to be investigated. I was told that I would need to leave it half department. The Air Bag warning light came on, so I took it in early in the morning to be investigated. I was told that I would need to leave it half a day. At the end of the day, they called to say that they did not get to it. The next day I was given a quote of $1258.71 to replace the Air Bag Control Module . I declined the repair and paid $195 for diagnostics (Google AI said that the average total cost for the module to be replaced is $507 to $581). I then went to a neighboring dealership for an oil change, and the Service Advisor suggested that I wiggle the connections under the driver seat. This solved the problem immediately! Why didn't the tech check for a loose connection and do this??? Aside from this, I was also given a list of several service items needing "IMMEDIATE ATTENTION." The cost on these items was over $2500. In my opinion, the service department at Tony Divino is crooked and cannot be trusted. I requested that the diagnostic fee be returned, but have not received a response. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere when you need your car serviced (or to buy a new Toyota)!!! More

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Fernando Laguna at Tony Divino. Before writing this, I reached out to Russ Layton (Co-Owner/Manager), but have yet to receive a response. I had been in commu Laguna at Tony Divino. Before writing this, I reached out to Russ Layton (Co-Owner/Manager), but have yet to receive a response. I had been in communication with Fernando for over a day regarding a used Toyota Sienna. We had discussed details around pricing for both my trade-in and the Sienna itself, as well as monthly payment estimates. I made it clear that I worked over an hour away, shared my schedule, and let him know exactly when I would be heading to the dealership. Despite all of this, when I arrived, Fernando kept me waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes. When he finally came out, he informed me that I had arrived early and that the vehicle had just been sold to the people sitting nearby. I understand cars sell — that’s the nature of the business. What I find unacceptable is the lack of communication. The ethical and professional approach would have been to alert me as soon as another buyer became seriously interested, particularly knowing I was en route from such a distance. Instead, my time and effort were treated as secondary to closing a sale. This kind of disregard erodes trust. As buyers, we don’t have much leverage — which makes it even more important to work with dealerships that value honesty and respect. I would strongly encourage others to choose a different dealership to spend their hard earned money at. More
I saw the car I had been looking for at Tony Divino in Layton. We went to Layton to look at it. Our salesperson was Sean, he was great to work with. We purchased the car, everyone was very helpful. Later after leaving the lot, we realized there was only one key, I talked to Justin (the manager) and he agreed to get another key made. Our overall experience wonderful. GE More
