I have nothing but the highest regard for the Tony Betten and Sons Ford dealership. I've had the pleasure of leasing a 2015 Ford Fusion and after another leasing agreement opted to buy a 2018 Ford Fusion. A and Sons Ford dealership. I've had the pleasure of leasing a 2015 Ford Fusion and after another leasing agreement opted to buy a 2018 Ford Fusion. A darn good vehicle w/the added benefit of a top salesperson, i.e., Mr. Timothy M. Walters who provided assistance as required. Not an easy task since I've lived outside of Michigan for the entirety of having both the 2015 and the 2018 Fusions. Mr. Walters more than aptly answered all my questions which I fully appreciated since w/today's vehicles can be a complicated, but he always explained everything in detail in a way that was understandable. Thanks to the dealership and certainly thanks to a top salesperson for happy motoring the last 8 years. . More
When I started shopping for a used F-150 I felt overwhelmed and inundated with options that were few and far between, and then I was crossing my fingers for a dealership that wasn’t pushy.. finally overwhelmed and inundated with options that were few and far between, and then I was crossing my fingers for a dealership that wasn’t pushy.. finally, after five dealerships I went to Tony Betten Ford, and I wish I would have just started there first. Tim Walters and his team helped me find the perfect fit car for my child as a young new driver. They addressed and fixed the few basic issues I identified after a test drive and inspection and it’s running car for my child as a young new driver. This is one of the worst experienced places I have ever shopped since 2000 I have owned three Ford F350 trucks I was interested in buying a 2016 Ford F350 for $46,000 and some odd change first they told me shopped since 2000 I have owned three Ford F350 trucks I was interested in buying a 2016 Ford F350 for $46,000 and some odd change first they told me that it can only be a cash deal because I’m from Ohio not Michigan and they are in Michigan second I had my own financing from Sun Federal credit Union Avery reputable credit union Sunoco’s are everywhere around the United States they would not accept my financial institute so they wanted me to fill theirs out my credit is not that good so my mom was going to fill it out and buy the truck for me and then we would work out the cash deal with her later so I would not miss the truck deal we could not come to agreement on any kind of financing So it seems like cash is the only thing that is supposed to be available so I gather up $46,000 and some odd change and talk to a Tim and a Mike both at this Tony Betten & son Ford I am in a wheelchair and I haul cars for a living with my 2013 F350 Dooley exactly the same as the one I was going to buy from the Ford dealer except the new one was a 2016 and only had 96,000 some odd miles and mine has 420,000 miles on it so you can see why I needed an upgrade this is what I do for work I was going to pay these people cash and they would not sell me the truck for cash price even after talking with both Tim and Mike we had got into a verbal argument and basically I told him to go xxxx himself in the end because he would not even sell me the truck for cash we’re in America can you not buy something for cash Tony Betten and sons that’s where These people were very rude on the phone I would never buy a truck from these people they seem like a bunch of scam artists telling me all kinds of stuff why they couldn’t finance me and then why they couldn’t sell my mother the truck who works for a stock brokerage firm and is a very reputable woman once again the worst experience I’ve ever had and I did not get the truck not even for the asking price that they wanted I didn’t even try to negotiate Tim and Mike xxxx you you were the worst sales people I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!! More
