Very helpful, friendly and honest. It's so hard to find that from a sales person. We had an appointment set up to see a Nissan Pathfinder and Jay just wanted to get us in the right car. My family and I had a wonderful experience today at Tonkin  Nissan in Wilsonville. We came in with a long list of demands for a New Lease on a short budget. Ultimately Jay was great (honest, straig Tonkin  Nissan in Wilsonville. We came in with a long list of demands for a New Lease on a short budget. Ultimately Jay was great (honest, straight forward) when explaining to us that our expectations may be unreasonable for a new car...ALL while simultaneously committing himself to "working hard" for us until we found something that worked for us in regard to our desired 'bells and whistles' AND our financial limitations. Basically we wanted leather seats and a sunroof but couldn't afford it in a new lease.  We visited the dealership 2 days in a row.  The first day we came in, spent an hour or so with Jay, and left with nothing but a lot to think about.  He gave us their website (Tonkin.com) and gently suggested we consider pre-owned as opposed to new. We went home, searched online, and found a car we liked.  The next day Jay went out of his way to go get that car himself from the other Tonkin lot and drive it to the Wilsonville location for us! We ended up test  driving the car and loving it. Also, we were able to test drive the car ourselves, without Jay, (with a few extra steps and some paperwork) which is the only thing we would have felt comfortable with given the current Covid pandemic. We had our 2-year-old with us too, so we even put our car seat in the car for the test drive.  We enjoyed all the employees with whom we spoke, they were really great and not once made us feel bad for taking our time to carefully go through the decision making process. Never once did we feel "sales pressure" from anyone.  Our experience was great and we will definitely be returning for our next vehicle purchase.  COVID INFO: all employees wore masks over mouth and nose and they have a hand sanitizer fixed to the wall for customer use. No donuts or coffee but thats understandable during this time. Also, the child's play area was closed so if you are planning on bringing your kids make sure they have books/toys/tablets to entertain themselves.  More
