I did not purchase our 2005 Murano at Ron Tonkin Wiolsonville Nissan - - although because of the excellent service that Wilsonville's Service Department has provided, I wish that I had (the next pur Wiolsonville Nissan - - although because of the excellent service that Wilsonville's Service Department has provided, I wish that I had (the next purchase will be from Wilsonville). The selling dealer's service department quoted me an exhorbitant dollar figure for initial service and so, I did a little comparrison shopping - - Ron Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan's quotation for the same service was considerably less. I made an appointment with them and cancelled my appointment with the selling dealership. When the selling dealership asked why, I told them that i thought there pricing was out of line - - they immediately offered to reduce their pricing by $400.00 (but were still higher than Tonkin's everyday published pricing). Since then, Ron Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan has done all of the work on our Murano. The quality of tyheir work is excellent - - never onece has there been a "be back" - - everything is done completely and correctly the first time. Theri pricing is always competitive, and considering the level of quality they deliver, a real value. Additionally, they work with our budget - - they watch over the car as if it were their own - - suggesting service that is needed and items to monitor and do in the future. They always offer shuttle service to my place of work and go out of their way to accommodate my needs (the service manager has personally driven me to work when i have been in earlier that the shuttle service starts). They always have been courteous and genuinely friendly - - I always have been treated as a "valued customer" which is refreeshing (and sadly all too rare these days). More

I love Wilsonville Nissan! I recently bought a 2008 Nissan Frontier and traded in my 2006 Nissan Frontier, and the service I had was excellent. I didn't feel pressured, and everyone from the sales depa Nissan Frontier and traded in my 2006 Nissan Frontier, and the service I had was excellent. I didn't feel pressured, and everyone from the sales department (especially Charles Cranston - my salesman) to the finance department made me feel right at home. Everyone made sure I had water, coffee, soda - pretty much anything I wanted! I felt comfortable, and well accommodated. The staff was lots of fun and easy to talk to - which made for an even better car shopping experience. In addition to a great sales department, the service department should be recognized as well. Before I upgraded my truck, I had service done on my 2006 Nissan Frontier and that was an excellent experience as well. The service center makes it easy to schedule an appointment, and all service was done in a timely and convenient manner. I would highly recommend Wilsonville Nissan to anyone that is searching for a new or used vehicle, or already has a Nissan that needs service. In fact, I've already made quite a few recommendations! This dealership is truly one-of-a-kind! More
