Bill Rush has always gone above and beyond to exceed his client's expectations. He goes out of his way by making everything convenient for his clients. They are always prepared with your paperwork to just sign and will update you when your vehicle is being worked on. His mechanics looks for preventives to ensure you're prepared financially when the need arises. Bill has always let me know if something is a priority to repair/replace or if it can wait to get the full life out of any part. It's as easy as showing up and knowing everything has been taken care of without any worries. I have been extremely pleased with how reasonable and caring the Tonkin Nissan Wilsonville Service Team has been. More
The salesman was great(Rick). I was happy with all the up front work he did. I saw a add in the paper showing the car was about 8,000.00 off MSRP and when I called to check on it I didn't really expect the c front work he did. Rick checked for me and told me the car was still available and if I wanted to come down and look at it they would pull it out and have it ready for a test drive. That was the case and later on that night my wife and I gave it a new home. I hate buying cars and expected the usual back and forth offers and counter offers. Not the case here. It was a no pressure encounter and not what I expected at all. Thanks for the pleasant experience. My wife looks forward to bringing it in for service and getting a manicure while she waits. More
This is the place to buy a Nissan. You will not be "toyed" with or overcharged. One time, 4 years ago, my speakers were making a funny noise and the head of the department, Mr.Rush came to me with a handful of trailmix and told me that he had found the cause of the rattling noise in my speaker (it had been my careless snacking!). He didn't charge me and has even gone out of his way to offer me things that my car needs to help lessen the blow of maintenance bills. Scott is another impressive employee who has gone out of the way to get a rental car set up for me without waiting for me to request one (-and in so doing not wasting precious time on a particular day when my daughter had to be picked up in a hurry); he also has fixed my GPS system on the fly just to make my life less stressed. The environment is relaxed yet super efficient and they are able to figure out in a jiffy what is ailing my car and fix it in the most economical fashion possible. We have four different cars in our house, and it is the Nissan that I feel the safest in....this is very much do to the care it has received from this dealer..... More
Our experience was so great with the purchase of our first car, that we went back the next weekend and purchased our second car. All of the guys were just wonderful and did everything they could to mak first car, that we went back the next weekend and purchased our second car. I went in for service on my 350Z. This dealer was the furthest from my home but I am digusted with the others. While waiting for my service I saw the 2010 370-Z's.....somehow I ended up buying one. Service: One main reason I used this shop was the professionalism I saw in the maintenance department(housekeeping is the truest indicator of a professional shop....this one is SPOTLESS!)Knowledge and honesty of parts and service make a shop second to none. Interaction and friendliness are critical. The sale; Aaron headed up the deal and was extremely knowledgeable. He worked with Shane to get close to a good deal (I had to show them how to get to a truly GREAT deal...hahahah!)....but they did. Scott from service is the owner of a 350Z and was knowledgeable of both models....he helped with the deal. Aaron was on his day off when we did the ;ast negotiations so I worked the last details with Bruce. Aaron came in to consumate the deal on his day off and introduced us to the car, stem to stern. I would and will recomend this dealer to any and all. If you go, tell them Chris sent you....call me if you want me to negotiate the deal.....Hahahahah!!! Seriously, they are great! My fiance and I recently purchased a new 2010 Titan. Rick Gilpin and the rest of the staff were amazing. I have purchased 5 cars before from dealerships and never received the level of customer service that Gilpin and the rest of the staff were amazing. I have purchased 5 cars before from dealerships and never received the level of customer service that I recieved at Tonkin Nissan. They did not try and push us into something we didnt want. I came in with expectations of what I wanted and what I might get. I was pleasantly suprised when they were able to get us into the truck we wanted, color we wanted and met our trade-in and montly payment requirements. It was the easiest car buying experience I have had or have heard of anyone having. I would definatley recommend checking them out to purchase your next car or truck. I look foward to going back and getting my Truck serviced there. I dont think I could ever go to a different dealership again after receiving that level of customer service. More

I went to Tonkin to have my 1991 Nissan pickup renovated (it had been garaged for a while, and I wanted to start driving it seriously again). I didn't want to go back to Beaverton Nissan, because I was tired of them trying to sell me another car rather than fixing the one I had. The web reviews were good for Tonkin, so I checked them out. I was delighted. The staff was immensely helpful. The car was completed quickly. The swap to the rental car was done effortlessly. Nobody tried to hardsell me another car. The old pickup was restored to full service, and I just exercised it with a fully loaded run back and forth to Seattle. More
