First and foremost, there are not enough adequate words to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional customer care in which I received (and my twin sister) at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan. The moment I walked into the dealership, I was acknowledged without feeling as though a vulgar was in search of it's prey. The entire Nissan staff created a climate of respect, warmth and personalized care. Given my recent cancer diagnosis, I was feeling emotionally overwhelmed and I needed to financially position myself so that I could pay for all the upcoming medical costs. Subsequently, I needed to trade-in my current vehicle and replace it with a more cost-effective, reliable, comfortable, and of course, pleasing to the eye. Believe it or not, there were no hidden agendas!! I was well respected, encouraged to share my concerns and patiently attended to by Ed Doran and Sean Alderman. I strongly believe both men took into consideration "my best interests". No matter how complex or trivial my questions were, I was always well received. They are the gurus and epitome of customer care; extremely patient yet focused, professionally knowledgeable and honored my priorities of what I needed. Given the fact that my twin sister also purchased "The Cube" the evening before, she had nothing but elation and positive praise. Without a doubt, we recommend this Dealership. In our opinion, what differentiates Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan from their competitors is their true authentic & outstanding care, quality of product and willingness to meet the customer's needs. WOW! I am the first person to say that I hate buying a car. Let's face it, you do the research and then start looking around lots when the salesmen are not around because you're just tired of going to a car. Let's face it, you do the research and then start looking around lots when the salesmen are not around because you're just tired of going to a place during business hours and either being pushed and hounded, or, you get completely ignored. People make the difference, and, Rick Gilpin at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan really impressed our family - BIG TIME! In a nutshell, he just strikes the right balance of everything. He's affable, friendly, and personable. You never feel like your being sold or hustled. It was great to have someone ask us not only what we wanted and take our responses to heart, but also find a vehicle that provided everything that we were looking for an in our budget. Other than my motorcycles, I have NEVER bought a foreign made vehicle before. I've always stuck with Dodge and Chevy. Clearly, Rick makes me wonder if I have been short changing myself all this time. He gave us choices and options; but never tried to impose anything on us. He was forthright in his replies. Generally the word honesty and integrity don't come to mind when thinking of a car sales person; but, clearly this dealership has found the needle in the haystack. I would recommend anyone to this dealership, hands down with no regrets or wondering if I steered someone in the right direction. I have never been able to walk away from buying a car and find it to be an enjoyable experience; but, Rick sure made it that way. By the way, we ended up buying an Xterra and we and our two Labrador Retrievers, Teddy and Oso, love it! More

When my wife suggested buying a new car the thought of having my one of my teeth pulled came to mind. What we experienced prior to my going to Wilsonville Nissan was just short of that. We had a car in our driveway and a bad taste in our mouth. We went to Wilsonville because my best friend from Eugene did the same and was delighted at the result. We were greeted at the door by Rick Gilpan upon our arrival. His demeanor was such that you felt comfortable. I did not tell him of our experience at first to see what he would do. In the time we spent there, we knew what the different options were in each vehicle the xxxxxxand con's, we met the staff who would be interacting with us, the sales manager, Bruce, Bryce the Finance manager, Bill in service. Looking at the service bays one could eat off the floor. Quality throughout. My wife is very happy with the new Nissan Murano and will probably buy again from these wonderful folks. Just for FYI, Rick calls and checks on the health issues facing us and I truly believe he is concerned and not because we baought a car. More

Great dealership and even greater salesman!! Jay was not your normal car salesman, he was great. No pressure what so ever. It felt like you were talking to one of your best buds!! I can't say enough good things about my years of experience with the Service Department at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan, and specifically with their Service Director, Bill Rush. I have had my vehic experience with the Service Department at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan, and specifically with their Service Director, Bill Rush. I have had my vehicle, my 3rd Nissan 300zx, serviced at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan since it first opened. I relocated here from out of state, and at that time, the only Nissan dealership within my area was Beaverton Nissan. After MULTIPLE horrifying, and dangerous, experiences there, I began to look for another Nissan dealership to service "my baby," as I refused to EVER return to Beaverton Nissan. I was pleased when Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan opened, but was reluctant and skeptical, after the horrible experiences with Beaverton Nissan. I worried that this was typical treatment for Nissan dealerships here in Oregon. But since it was important to me to have my vehicle dealer-serviced, I decided to take a chance. And I am SO glad I did. Having been in the customer service field for my entire career, I am especially particular when it comes to my car. Bill Rush is absolutely the epitome of what you hope for in a service department manager. And that highest level of quality is a requirement for all of Bill's staff. Bill and his team are beyond professional, courteous, and friendly. To say Bill has gone out of his way to help me is an understatement, to say the least. Bill has gone WAY above and beyond, and has done so willingly and with a smile, and asks if he can do anything more. Bill's service department is IMMACULATE. I'm greeted warmly at the door and my service needs are quickly and thoroughly evaluated and written up. The work done there is competitively-priced and FAST. The staff keeps me apprised of the status of my vehicle as it progresses, as I always wait while my car is serviced. I'm comforted in the knowledge each of Bill's service members treat my vehicle as if it was their own. And finally, my vehicle is washed and delivered back to me in squeaky-clean and SAFE condition. If the first-rate quality of Bill's service department is any indication, I look forward to being able to buy my next vehicle from the Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan sales department. I thank Bill Rush for being such an all-around great guy, and highly recommend him and his team for quality done with expertise and a smile. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. I have purchased several cars over the years with less than desirable experiences (pushy salesman, ambiguous financing looking for a new or used car. These people are straight forward, friendly, and knowledgeable. After walking out of a popular dealership that would not give me a straightforward price on a car, I called them up and received a quote over the phone. Still uncertain of the quote, which was way below the competition, I made my way there only to find myself purchasing a car at the quoted price. I never do these ratings though wanted to express how genuinely impressed I am with the way this company does business. I only wish I didn't waste so much time at other dealers before coming to this one. More
