Wish I could leave a zero. I’ve never had a worse experience with a dealership. I asked for a ballpark estimate for a trade in and after being lowballed for half the cost they’re selling my exact car experience with a dealership. I asked for a ballpark estimate for a trade in and after being lowballed for half the cost they’re selling my exact car for with higher miles and 2,000 less than other dealerships were offering I asked politely why that would be and got the passive aggressive response that I’m “obviously not appreciative of their good customer service and I could look elsewhere if I’m unhappy.” They were rude and obviously if they’re so defensive about me asking any questions they’re scummy. Then when I spoke to Tim he said he saw nothing wrong with making that remark after I literally asked questions. I wish I could post proof of the my text messages here.
