Everyone we met was courteous, friendly and helpful. In synopsis: 1. When we arrived at the dealer, Tim had the vehicle we were interested in ready and waiting to test drive. He did an excellent job on describing the vehicle's features to us and factually answering any question we had. 2. The evaluation of the vehicle we were trading in was handled in a fair and professional manner. 3. While the paperwork was being prepared, he took the time to show us around the dealership and introduce us to the service and parts dept. managers - those we'll be relying on for maintenance of our new vehicle. 4. Completion of the paperwork was timely and accurate, and we were on our way. After, we have chosen a vehicle of our choice, our salesman than leaves once to talk with a manager, then, comes back with a straight forward price, and 3 or 4 payment options depending on the down payment we as the customer would like to put down. The company is very honest and often will go the extra mile to get us the best deal and interest rate they can. Of course they can’t create miracles; so this will depend mostly on your credit score. Honestly, the only reason our payment might change is, if we have forgotten to, purchase something like gap insurance, an extended warranty or additional service plan. We have found purchasing some of these options has saved us money in the long run. In closing, yes we still have checked out other dealerships, yet we always go back, because no other dealership has provided us with this type of experience.
