Our experience at Wilsonville Nissan was FaNtAsTiC and so was our sales associate, Roberta Martinez!!! We had been shopping around town trying to obtain a deal on a Nissan Juke. We visited the Beaverton Nissan and were only frustrated and disappointed. Although the sales associates were nice there, their sales skills had much to be desired. Roberta, on the other hand, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient! We explained to her, over the phone by the way, just what we wanted, and she not only located our Juke (and the specific color we wanted), but was able to lower the sales price due to a current sale at Wilsonville Nissan. It was a win-win situation for ALL! We drove away, HAPPILY, in our Juke, and Roberta made a profitable sale! Everyone at Wilsonville Nissan were kind and extended an "at home" welcome, inviting us to freely call whenever a question or concern should arise regarding our new Juke. What more could we have asked for???!!! Our experience was absolutely perfect!!! :)))))) Thank you Roberta, and thank you Wilsonville Nissan!!! More
Wilsonville Nissan Service was great when doing simple oil changes however when presented with a more challenging problem they failed miserably. When speaking with Ronita the first time around (May 20011 oil changes however when presented with a more challenging problem they failed miserably. When speaking with Ronita the first time around (May 20011) I felt she wasn't listening, frequently interrupting to agree with something I wasn't saying. When they were unable to replicate the problem she suggested I take a video bringing it in when the issue returns. In October 2011 I brought it back with video, this time Scott informed me video wouldn't do any good, the dealership would have to visibly see the issue before doing anything. A frustrating conversation with Scott on October 20th ended with him stating that they couldn't do anything more for me suggesting I may have to wait until the problem worsens. There wasn't any attempt to think outside the box, falling back on needing to replicate the issue. At this point I was unsatisfied with the problem solving exhibited by the Service Staff. While compassionate with Wilsonville Nissan's challenge with sending a Tech out for a 4 hour drive just to replicate an issue, waiting until the transmission failed was not a reasonable approach to resolving the matter. I asked to speak with Bill the service manager, confirming Scott had my phone number, to which he agreed. While waiting for a call from Bill I began to wonder if I over reacted to the situation and wondered if other dealerships would give me the same, "we have to see the issue before doing anything" response. After waiting more than a week for Bill to call, I called another dealership in the Portland metro area, described the issue and the challenge with replicating the problem expecting to hear the same "we have to see the issue before doing anything" response. Unexpectedly after a few minutes checking with a service tech, bulletin # NTB-10-150 was suggested as a possibility, based on my description and the verbiage within.... NISSAN: MIL IS ON AND/OR SLOWER THAN NORMAL ACCELERATION. SLOWER THAN NORMAL ACCELERATION FROM A STOP AT TIMES, IF IT SHOULD OCCUR, HAPPENS MORE COMMONLY WHEN THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN DRIVEN FOR AN EXTENDED PERIODS AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. They have ordered the parts with out seeing the car, indicating they will schedule the work to be performed when they arrive. More

I went to Wilsonville Nissan to look at new cars on a weekend. I left not feeling pushed at all. Rick showed me different options of what I was looking for and really listened to me. The next weekend Rick had called to just see how I was doing in the car hunt. I told him I was going out to buy a new car this weekend and he just said ok.......that was it? No pushy saleman on the other end of the phone? Well I went to other car lots and just got the regular salesmen and one lot no one even came out and helped us. I went back home that saturday and thought about it overnight. That Sunday I decided to call Rick at Wilsonville Nissan. He remembered me and pulled my paperwork from the weekend before. By the time I got there he had the perfect car pulled a the front for me and we were on our way for a test drive. I fell in love with the NIssan Rogue. Before I knew it, it was my new car with great payments and it was so easy. I don't know why I went anywhere else. I have bought many cars in my life and I definitely have to say that Wilsonville Nissan is the best experience I have had. Everyone there was great. The finance manager was wonderful. I would reccommend Wilsonville Nissan to anyone. Thank you to Rick and everyone else for making a very difficult year for me into a great one with my new Rogue!! More

Hendrix was honest, competent, efficient and very friendly throughout our entire negotiation process. He made my buying experience easy and I felt like I got a good, honest deal. When I arrived at the dealership he had my vehicle ready to go and went over everything I needed to know before I left. The rest of the staff I interacted with at Tonkin was also very friendly. Both Hendrix and Finance Manager, John, offered me the usual add-ons (accessories and extended warranty), but never pushed them on me in a way that felt as if I was being pressured to buy them. Buying a vehicle and dealing with salesmen has always been an un-enjoyable experience. The guys at Tonkin changed my mind about that. It was obvious that customer service was a huge priority for them and that they sare NOT the stereotypical car salesmen. I am very happy with my new truck and my experience at Tonkin never took away from the excitement of buying a new car. Thanks guys! More

I spike with Hendrix on the phone, had the price was discussed and agreed upon before we got there. My daughter had test driven elsewhere and while the other dealership offered us same car for $200 less, we felt that the transaction would be handled more professionally and the service dept. would better support her and the dealership's commitments. We were not disappointed and it was worth the drive. A non-pressure environment with friendly and extremely knowledgable salesmen. Hendrix and Tim W. Lived up to their words and I would highly recommend them and Wilsonville Nissan. More

Roberta met us at the door, introduced herself and asked how she could help us. She told us they didn't have the 3.5 Nissan Altima that we were looking for on their lot but immediately began to search for how she could help us. She took us for a test drive in a 2.5 Altima, but we still wanted to purchase the 3.5. She and the manager continued to search until they found a car that was acceptable for us. This was about 7:00 pm, and they had the car at the Wilsonville dealership ready for us at 5:00 pm the next day. Roberta went over the features of the car and how to operate them and connected our phone to the Bluetooth. When we tried to transfer the directory to Bluetooth, we were unsuccessful. We drove back to the dealership, and she attempted to transfer the phonebook. She found that our phone was not compatible with that feature, which was very helpful for us to know. We really appreciate the effort she and the manager made to find us just the car we wished to buy. We are very happy with our new Nissan Altima. More
