A very refreshing, comfortable and relaxing experience! From the moment we drove into the lot, we felt at ease with a no high pressure sale from Rick. He was friendly and made us feel at ease. He gave us straight honest answers to questions and was very knowledgeable about the Murano. My husband and I were thrown into the market for a new vehicle after a very traumatic encounter with an elk that totaled our other vehicle. We were not looking forward to the high pressure dealings of buying a new one. We had spent two weekends looking at different choices to replace our previous vehicle and those experiences were as traumatic as our encounter with the elk. So many times we drove into other dealerships where we felt like fresh meat for the vultures, so high pressured, pushy and out and out rude. We did not feel this way with Rick and the staff at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan. There was no sales pressure, they meet all our needs and made us feel like family. They were very friendly, respectful and professional. We never felt pressured to make a purchase higher than the amount we wanted or planned to spend. Rick explained all the options on our Murano and went through them with us so we were acquainted with our new vehicle. The staff and finance department were very friendly and did an excellent job of presenting all of our financial options and securing a loan at the lowest affordable rate for us. We sincerely thank all of you for your excellent customer service in making us feel at ease. Our situation was not unique as we were looking for an affordable vehicle to purchase and operate. We had looked through various Internet websites (Edmonds, Auto Trader, and Consumer Reports) then decide affordable vehicle to purchase and operate. It was our intent to simply look at models and then decide which vehicle we wanted to pursue. We started at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan and after a wonderful introduction and greeting by Jay, we were sold on the customer service and “up front” professionalism of the Tonkin Nissan team; Jay, Damian, Brian and Andy. Thank you for a wonderful experience that resulted in our exchange of vehicles; traded-in two vehicles and purchased two vehicles. My wife loves her new Altima and my mother-in-law enjoys riding around in it for her “Sunday drive about.” My truck is in great shape and as a used vehicle I am surprised how nice it looks and drives. We appreciate your kindness and professionalism and look forward to our next visit. More

Overall we had a bad experience with this business. My son bought a car and he had me come along to help him with the sales people and contract. 3 contracts later they did not honor what was told to us. Our fault to not have credit worthy of financing but their fault to continue to keep him "involved" in the ugly process of finding a financier for him and ultimately lying to him and not keeping their word on what was quoted to him originally. They took complete advantage of this young man. I promised him I would stay out of it once they called him back for a 3rd time and threatened to take the car away! I stayed out of it and told him he was on his own. He is an active duty Marine and is now re-stationed. He receives all mail at my home in McMinnville. I received the plates with a note stating they would help to put them on, imagine my surprise and anger when I arrived with plates in hand to have them put them on and "we don't have those brackets on hand". WOW. Another cost associated with his transaction that could have easily been taken care of prior to my arrival from McMinnville. Don't advertise that you will help, when you really won't! They had plenty of chances to remedy my thoughts of their business and how they do business but overall after this morning~ they failed to do so! Shame on them for dishonest practices! More
The reason I'm giving this review is because of my pleasant shopping experience at Wilsonville Nissan. I did not have a clue of what I wanted. After some clarification with my salesperson, we went onto the lot and found a new Nissan Rogue with all the toys. I was impressed but I knew the driving experience would make or break the deal. Loved the way it handled and of course my head was buzzing with high tech information. I was really impressed with the GM, Mr. Bagley as he explained different options. I made a good decision and was nervous but breezed through finance and took advantage of long term service which I love. These guys are of the highest quality professionals that I've run across and I've seen many as I used to be in the car business. This was refreshing, so kudos to the entire staff for such a great shopping experience and by the way, my Rogue got over 30MPG on the highway, loaded down with stuff on vacation. My great interest and friendship I had with this dealership was their great and nice customer skills they have with all their customers and they are ready to listen to their customers choices on vehicles you want to purchase with them. They do not keep their customers waiting along period of time and they always keep their customers posted on what is going with the vehicle purchase. I would recommend anyone out there who wants friendly, tireless and great customer service to visit this dealership and meet this excellent team. More

Joel Fowler is an outstanding salesman, very knowledgeable about the Leaf and its operation as well as an advocate for electric cars as practical vehicles for everyday use. With Joel there is no sales pressure, just straight honest answers to questions and he is a walking wealth of useful knowledge which he is happy to share. Joel is a great listener and asks great clarifying questions on driving and use interests so that the buyer understands the cars capabilities and how it would fit with there needs. I have purchased a number of new cars in my life and Joel is by far the best salesman I have encountered, I will gladly recommend him to others interested in a new vehicle. More

We made a 6 hour trip to the dealership based on the offer they made during our online contact and the dealership wa we contacted the dealer online. Had limited time with my energetic 5 year old daughter to test drive a truck, have appraised a trade-in, go over after-market custom options, and get back on the road with a new vehicle within 2 hours. Kevin did it, and my family really enjoy the truck. Based on the experience of the trade-in and purchase, having the Dealer Service Department add the trailer brake controller and sunroof. Yes, could have saved $50 here and there, but based on experience with Kevin, willing to give them the business. Thanks again. More
