Jay said he liked to be informed so he could better help his customers. He was a wealth of information and not at all pushy. He gave us the information we needed to make a good decision, offered us a price we could not refuse and we ended up buying the 2014 Subaru Outback they had for sale. I can't even imagine his knowledge base on Nissans if he knew this much about a car he did not usually sell. This guy should be teaching other sales people how to sell cars.
