An Amazing Experience!!! I am a first time car buyer. I was referred to this dealership because of the phenomenal customer service, let me tell you I was not disappointed! I know this, because, Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan was the first place I visited. Fransico was knowledgeable and really listened to everything I was looking for in a used car. I wanted to explore other options, so I left. I went to Toyota and Honda (not Tonkin affiliated) and was treated like garbage! So I came back to Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan. Fransico had been in communication with me the entire time, trying to find me the best fit. He told me he had found something with everything I wanted, and he was so right!!! I came down looked at the car, and fell in LOVE! Now, in being a first time car buyer, of course I’m nervous! So, I wanted to sleep on it, but of course has to return to work. I wanted the car, Francisco put my mind at ease. He DROVE MY NOW CAR, TO MY JOB, JUST SO I COULD LOOK AT IT ONE LAST TIME! I was sold. What amazing service. I came in that same night to the dealer... where Francisco and the amazing staff were waiting. I sat with Scott in finance, who was hilarious and personable. He explained the documents I was signing in detail, the process was quick.
