Was left frustrated by the customer service experience. All the negotiating was done over the phone with one salesman. We set up an appointment when I arrived I was quickly handed to another salesman. The knowledge of product was embarrassing. Was told certain equipment came with the car which in the end it didn't, left me feeling a victim of bait and switch. The dealership later included the equipment after they relized the error. Four days after the sale the dealership call me due to an error they made in the paperwork needing me to re-sign. Independently none of these events are a big deal but collectively it made for an overall negative experience. Good customer service doesn't cost anything but unfortunately bad customer service cost you a customer More
