Best Experience Ever with Rick at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan! I started my car buying search online, and found what I wanted at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan. I sent an inquiry email from their website, and was quick I started my car buying search online, and found what I wanted at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan. I sent an inquiry email from their website, and was quickly contacted by Rick. I was running late for my appointment time, so I called and spoke with Michelle. She was really friendly and helpful! When I arrived at the dealership, the car was parked with a reserved sign, under my name. Rick came out to meet us, showed us the car, and then we went inside to set up the test drive. Everything was really easy, from start to finish! Rick was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He took great care to explain all of my options, and really cared that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I really enjoyed meeting DJ, his Sales Manager, and Sean, the Executive Manager, who also made sure I was having a great experience. Then I met with Brock, the Finance Consultant, who was amazing! He made the purchase process really easy, and informative. I got an exceptionally great price, and a beautiful car! I highly recommend the team at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan! More

Easy, Breezy and Out The Door! Michelle was very attentive and helpful while I was there. I had done a lot of research ahead of time and knew what I wanted to drive. There was no pressure to buy something bigger or better than what I wanted and they were patient and understanding of my “First New Car and Car Payment Anxiety”. Was left frustrated by the c I wasn’t going to post anything about my experience but decided Ron Tonkin Nissan should know why they lose customers. Was left frustrated by the customer service experience. All the negotiating was done over the phone with one salesman. We set up an appointment when I arrived I was quickly handed to another salesman. The knowledge of product was embarrassing. Was told certain equipment came with the car which in the end it didn't, left me feeling a victim of bait and switch. The dealership later included the equipment after they relized the error. Four days after the sale the dealership call me due to an error they made in the paperwork needing me to re-sign. Independently none of these events are a big deal but collectively it made for an overall negative experience. Good customer service doesn't cost anything but unfortunately bad customer service cost you a customer More
