I was not able to leave with a full tank of gas but I was given a We Owe, which works like a coupon to come back and get that full tank of gas and a free car wash. Which I did, and everyone was helpful about it. What happened was that their gas had run out, so maybe calling ahead of time so they know they'll have a car to fill up that day would be helpful to know whether you might not leave with a full tank, but the coupon was just as helpful to me. More

I was very nervous about having a car payment after 8 years of not having one. Rick showed me a vehicle that would stay in my price range and had all the things I wanted. Even the color was on point as well as the wheels, leather seats, and the panoramic sunroof! His Manager Jimi was super pleasant and easy to talk to. He made sure to get me the monthly payment I was comfortable with. Overall I am really happy with this experience. Never thought buying a car again would be this smooth and easy.
