Jay Palacio was the only one at any dealership in Oregon or Washington that had the courtesy to send me a virtual contract of what the car was going to cost and it was accurate to the penny. Other dealerships should learn from you. Another dealership said they would match the price but wanted $800 more for a so called accessories package that included wheel locks, that I got free at Tonkin, and carpet floor mats. What a rip off! Mr Tonkin you have an outstanding person representing your dealership, Jay Palacio! More

Outstanding staff and service Jay and Casey went above and beyond to help us when our vehicle stopped running, late on a Friday evening, passing through town on our way to Lake Ode Jay and Casey went above and beyond to help us when our vehicle stopped running, late on a Friday evening, passing through town on our way to Lake Odell from Seattle for a family reunion. As soon as we walked in the showroom, Alex began the service ticket, since the service department was closed. He gave us a desk with a PC so we could find a rental car facility (how cool is THAT) and even offered to drive us there, but they were all closed for the day. Our vehicle was going to stay put until morning when the Service Team could assess the problem and give us a solution. Somehow, we needed to get to our reunion, still hours down the road. Jay assured us he was going to figure out something to help us and he did exactly that. Jay and Casey arranged to lease us one of their lot vehicles (even though the leasing team had also gone home for the day), wrote up all the paperwork, took copies of our ID’s and ins cards and handed us the keys. The next morning, we received a call from the Service Team as soon as they opened, letting us know they had our vehicle and would call back with more info once they checked it out. We were 180 miles away and so impressed by the professionalism and communication this dealership displayed. As a result, we picked our vehicle up Sunday afternoon on our way back home to Seattle, returned the lease car and received the same hospitality and great customer service from the staff. Thank you Jay and Casey for making a frustrating, mechanical inconvenience such a delightful experience. You have our gratitude and we hope you have a bonus in your near future.
