TRASK SAMPSON was incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. Attempted to belittle me when I was being stern in my negotiation & resorted to name calling terms such as “spoiled little brat”. I was in for my service on my CX-5 and was looking at the cars in the showroom. Mike Kasper asked me if I had any questions and I told him that I wanted to look at a different model. He assisted me in looking at a CX-90, pulling one out and even offering a test drive. I was able to see the extra space and confirmed my decision to go with the CX-90 at lease end. He later reached out and went over lease end options and steps and helped me streamline the process to take care of some things before coming in for my appointment. When we came in, he was helpful in making things go smoothly and as quickly as possible since we have small children. He even came in on his day off to work with my schedule. He helped with so many big and small things and I really appreciate his assistance. More
