We chose the Mazda CX-50 hybrid because of the on line reviews for this vehicle, Consumer Reports, and a very enthusiastic video by "Care Care Nut"--well worth watching. It drove more quietly than comparable models from other manufacturers, and the quality of the interior and the simplicity of the dash is really appealing. The drive train and hybrid technology is top quality, and well developed 4.5 generation reliability. And the styling is superb. There is abundant safety and driver assist technology. Michael Kasper helped us through the whole purchase process and it was a pleasure to work with him--we looked at the vehicle, drove it, We came back in the late afternoon and bought the CX-50 and traded in our 15 year old Toyota, Then Mike went through all the features and how to work them. My wife and I went to the Tonkin of Mazda Dealership a few days ago hoping to buy a new Mazda CX-50 hybrid. We were greeted at the door by Rafael Alimamedov, the sales representative with whom I had talke few days ago hoping to buy a new Mazda CX-50 hybrid. We were greeted at the door by Rafael Alimamedov, the sales representative with whom I had talked a few days earlier. Being a Saturday, the dealership was extremely busy but Rafael gave us his full attention and carefully explained the various options and their relative merits. My wife, in particular, was intent upon a color selection she would be comfortable with. We spent the afternoon weighing the possibilities and taking a test drive. Rafael was very patient and ready to go to great lengths to find us the right car even if it meant arranging a swap with another dealer and thus postponement of a sale. In the end, we decided on one of just two vehicles on the lot that met our criteria but were different colors. Rafael was the only dealership representative with whom we spoke until we concluded the financial transactions. He managed negotiations regarding our trade-in and provided a full accounting of the price details prior to turning us over to the financial specialist for payment. We left the dealership completely satisfied with our car-buying experience. We highly recommend the dealership and the services of Rafael Alimamedov. More
