I have worked with Adrian Negrete, who was really great. Overall, it was a good experience except for the bargaining phase with Kyle. He should not be in charge of dealing with any customer or even talking with any customer. Knowing the process fully well, I will consider Ron Tonkin Mazda but will try to avoid Patrick at all costs. Finally, I can't have enough praise for Adrian Negrete. He was efficient, transparent, and very customer oriented. I will give Adrian a five-star rating. More
