I came from Washington to pick up a car from Tonkin and the experience was very smooth. I was able to negotiate a price ahead of my trip down, got financing pre-approved and terms sent over by Patrick, the the experience was very smooth. The next day Kyle picked me up from Union Station and we drove back to the dealership and did a quick test drive and vehicle inspection. Paperwork didn't take more than an hour and both Kyle and Patrick answered my questions and explained things when I requested additional assurances or explanation of financing policies (those can be confusing). Overall very pleasant experience and I'd recommend Tonkin Mazda. More
