So I went into Mazda on the last day of the year to take advantage of an awesome deal on a 2024 Mazda CX-5. Lots of people helped in the process. I was greeted right away and directed to Juan Henriquez, m advantage of an awesome deal on a 2024 Mazda CX-5. Lots of people helped in the process. I was greeted right away and directed to Juan Henriquez, my sales associate. The man is very good at his job and works hard to give you the best deal possible. I like this Mazda because of their transparency with fees and whatnot. It is why I picked them. I needed to do a trade in on a cursed vehicle but it had over 90,000 miles. This dealership doesn't sell vehicles like that on the lot so they couldn't give me a really good price. What they did do was work with me to make the number work. Unfortunately, that still didn't work. I ended up running to a nearby Carmax and selling it, then Juan drove to Carmax to give me a ride back to the dealership. That was awesome and very appreciated. I didn't have to plan at all. Buying a car takes a loooong time. There is a lot to it. Juan kept me company through much of the wait but never lost focus on his job. Roy Ramirez did all my financing stuff and he was awesome too. Honestly, in three years when I trade out vehicles again, it really won't be a question which dealership I use.
