misquoted the cost for brake service 2 years ago. Brake caliper tension clip broke off at some point after service. Refused to replace the $5 part. Was almost charged $200+ for diagnosis. Was actually charged $60 to be told that the tension clip was missing (something I told them when scheduling and on arrival). After the inspection I was told they won't order this part. They'll only order the whole caliper with the tension clip included. Turned what should have been a good faith $5 part & 10m repair into a $220+ multi-hour affair. More
