Our experience was just amazing, after visiting one other local Chevrolet dealer earlier in the day. My wife and I we not in desperate need of a vehicle but saw a need in the near future we went to see what local Chevrolet dealer earlier in the day. My wife and I we not in desperate need of a vehicle but saw a need in the near future we went to see what options were available. Like I said our first stop was painful it was a game of backand forth between us the car salesman and the mystery guy in the other room. We left Beaverton so tired and upset that we said we would just keep what we got. After driving home we happen to see Bruce Chevrolet and decided to make a last dish effort and see what they had. We are so glad we did the salesman was friendly, he introduced himself and then let us browse without pressure and annoying gimmicks. We ended up getting the car we looked at at the price we were wiling to pay and a fair price they were willing to let it go at. We were in and out of the dealership in less time it took the other guys to negotiate. We have and will continue to let friends and family as well as our customers know where to go get anew or used car. Having talked with Ken re: leasing a 2011 Malibu (I have a leased 2008 Malibu) and using a "$1500 Cerfificate" sent in a Bruce Chev. mailer, I was assurred that I could lease the 2011 Malibu for the adverti a leased 2008 Malibu) and using a "$1500 Cerfificate" sent in a Bruce Chev. mailer, I was assurred that I could lease the 2011 Malibu for the advertised $159 per month..using the "Certificate" as a downpmt. Long story short, I was taken for a long ride (literally and figuratively)by another employee and when I arrived back at the dealership I was told..."no way" can we do this lease without you paying $1200 down. I told Ken I felt DECEIVED and drove away. This truely was SWITCH AND BAIT !!! More
Refused to work on an oil consumption issue even though the truck was in warranty still. Ron was polite and consise but Doug (the service manager) basically told me off and said my truck was only worth 20 the truck was in warranty still. I believe in GMC as a quality company but the service I have recieved from this dealership has been lacking. Also they worked on a tractioncontrol issue I had and i believe the dealership caused this when they changed the oil thr first time i was there. I think they knocked a wheel sensor out and it had to be replaced by myself bedause they would not admitt it was them. Even though it happened immediatly after my first service with Bruce chev. More
