I have bought 6 new vehicles in my life and dreaded going to a dealer and get upsold or downsold. I visited 6 other Chevrolet Dealers before visiting Tonkin Dealer in Hillsboro and walked away from 3 in tota to a dealer and get upsold or downsold. I visited 6 other Chevrolet Dealers before visiting Tonkin Dealer in Hillsboro and walked away from 3 in total disgust. Lies, deceit and total lack of integrity I encountered. I was supposed to meet with another associate who was absent when I arrived, but Jose stepped up to the plate and listened to what I wanted and helped through all phases of the sale. He is understanding, compassionate, confident and very professional with his business. I believe this dealership has raised the bar with Jose and they are lucky to have him as a salesman. More

The Car also qualifies for the $4000 federal tax credit for used EVs, and we discussed that, but I have nothing (yet) from the dealership verifying that qualification or the required reporting to the IRS within three days. After driving from Our house near Elkton, we were greeted by salesman we were talking to over phone. He informed us he had moved car right by entrance to his office to keep an eye on it, so no one would deci by salesman we were talking to over phone.
