The negotiation process was fun each time since we are the hard bargainer group in any major purchase. They maintain their enthusiasm even we negotiate such a ridiculous stuff (for fun). We are knowledgeable and educated bunch in our product before we spend our hard earn money. They mad a fan out of us. Our sale staffs, Tanya, Mike, Andrew,and Craig were people that we came across in purchasing process. The one whom earn the most respect and admiration is Craig M in financial division. Mike made impression for this dealer ethical. If you want to buy your new vehicle with your hard earned money, I would highly recommend "Tanya, Mike Schultz, and Craig M team". My enlisted brother in a buying team whom knows the ins and outs of how dealership operated gave a thump up for them. Hope this will help for anyone whom plan to make a purchase with your hard earned money. More

However, the Salesman was great and I though maybe these guys have changed. But then comes finance and the closer and nothing has changed at the Tonkin Group. To get the price down to my target range they switch cars and out comes a 2015 demonstrator with 5,000 miles and 2 prices, "one today" and one for tomorrow. Sadly the "today" price was higher than the price of a new model on the lot - these guys think all customers are stupid and if they flash enough numbers in front of them and run to the back office enough times they will accept anything. And if you are looking for the Costco pricing don't think you will get any better treatment from these folks Advice - don't go to Tonkin! More

Luckily I Got John Wheeler and he was a great guy! Did everything he could to help me get in a vehicle. Don't see myself buying from anyone else! Not pushy there when ever you need him! very pushy sales and finance people I accomplice a female friend of mine to look at a used car. After looking at several and test driving one car, she agreed to find out what her car was worth in a trade in and what her payments would be. The sales man presented her with the price and what her trade in would be. After she let him know that she would have to do more research on it, the sales man left and came back with some different figures. After telling him that she was still going to think about it, the sales man left and came back with the finance manager. At that point the finance manager was pressuring her to buy the car using. After telling him no, she wanted to think about it, he left, supposedly to get her keys to her car. We both went outside and the sales man and finance manager come out and tried again to talk her into buying the car she test drove. At that point I had to step in and tell him that was enough and she wanted her car keys (which they did not give her up to that time). They both went in and the sales man came back out with the key. I have seen this sales pressure all my life. And just because she was a young woman, they felt that they could push her into buying a car. If you go in there, either be pre-paired to buy a car or you had better have someone there with you to get you out of there. More
Imcomplete work, misleading promises Hi, I Bought Honda CRV from them, once sale deed is done they change their colors, my Car was supposed to come with All weather door mats and cargo Hi, I Bought Honda CRV from them, once sale deed is done they change their colors, my Car was supposed to come with All weather door mats and cargo tray which they say is out of stock and can get them after 2 days, when i asked to if they can take from the existing stock and replace it once the spare store opens, they denied and were very rude in replying the same(especially the sales manager). And the odometer ran 255 miles already where as the DMV and other Documents they quoted it ran only 11 miles , when asked its about they say its a mistake and they cannot do anything about it. Only good thing we found was Jared and Branden Rhodes, the sales team they were very friendly and patient till the whole deal is done. More

I now have a car I don't like because Gresham Honda forced me into something after a previous deal didn't work. Instead of helping my fiancé and me , they made us buy a car we didn't want. They pinned us to a deal or they would force a previously bad deal thro if we didn't agree, no matter what! I have audio of this. I will fully disclose who not to deal with at Greasham Honda, they are: Ben, Eddie, Jim. More if needed. Furthermore, I will NEVER recommend your dealership for the rest of my life!!!!! I will always tell my experience with all people, I work with lots of influential people in entertainment. So, hope yall are happy about the very bad, and true, public review. 5 days later, car needs new transmission. If you're ever car hunting in Portland, I'd stay away from Gresham Tonkin Honda 5 days after buying my new car from them, and one three hour drive If you're ever car hunting in Portland, I'd stay away from Gresham Tonkin Honda 5 days after buying my new car from them, and one three hour drive to Bend later, I learned the transmission is basically shot and needs to be replaced. The Ford dealer I took the car to over in Bend has been amazing (Robberson Ford), and I had to leave it with them as the chances of making it back to PDX were basically nil. Honda's response to this fiasco I was sold? As I didn't buy the extended warranty, I was on my own and SOL. Per the management, it doesn't matter if the problem happened a day later or six years: no warranty, not their problem. Three truths I've learned: Yes, I have no legal leg to stand on, and yes, I didn't buy the extended warranty. And yes, expecting decent humanity from this place's management was too much. More
We took my daughter's car in for warranty work, which was a recall for bad paint that oxidized on hood and trunk. Geoff called my daughter and told her it would cost $1700 to do the work. I had to call service manager to get work done under warranty. Geoff said the car would be ready in 7 days. He never called to update us that the car wouldn't be ready for 10 days. My daughter called Geoff 3 times and he never returned any calls or kept us up to date about what was happening or why there was a delay. I had to drive to the body shop on 122nd and talk to the manager there to find out specifics. We went again to pick up car in Gresham on 10th day and the car was finished but had never been brought back to Gresham......another 1 hr. and 45 min. Wait! Geoff is incompetent and inconsiderate. I would never again do business with Gresham Honda. More
