Went to Tom's River VW to purchase a VW Atlas. my son & his wife purchased 2 cars there wanted to deal local. But drove one atlas it was ok, started to drive a brand new Tiguan pulled out onto rt my son & his wife purchased 2 cars there wanted to deal local. Got into an argument with an employee there telling me to move my car out of the handicap spot so they can pull used cars there I said are you serious it's for customer parking I'm trying to buy a vehicle then he told me I couldn't park in the service parking lot. I had to park in front of the Mitsubishi dealer My wife and I left disgusted. Drove to freehold Volkswagen drove multiple vehicles and purchased a brand new 2023 Atlas Se beautiful truck My wife loves it got a great deal I'll never give toms River Volkswagen any business I won't even let them change my oil after I just read the horror stories from the service department they should be ashamed of themselves I work for dealerships a long time you can't rip people off sell them things they don't need just to make money.
