When we left that parking lot, in no way did my family feel shafted. We paid a couple thousand under sticker, got a few thousand for our trade-in, didn't find any extra padding on the bill, and weren't scammed into buying useless protection plans or weak, but expensive, extended warranties. As close to a painless auto sales experience as I've ever had. Highly recommended. More
