Repair My vehicle was towed in due to vehicle not going into gear. The service team that I worked with were very slow to provide status updates on what the i My vehicle was towed in due to vehicle not going into gear. The service team that I worked with were very slow to provide status updates on what the issues were on the repair. I would call every other day and leave messages for Victoria and she would not contact me until days later. I escalated my concern to her supervisor Chris about the lack of update and her response was I told Vicki to call you. When I did receive an update from Chris she advised my battery was no good. I advised I had a battery replaced by the Atlantic City VW service center. So Chris suggested I contact them for the service record. I did call Atlantic City and the service rep told me that the union service center could review those records as well. My best experience was speaking with the Atlantic City rep who faxed the invoice record of the battery install and called me back to advise she had sent the document. I can truly say the Union VW service center lacks customer service skills. More
