40K Mile Checkup I brought my car in because the dash light said to "service now". I didn't realize that it was for my 40K mile maintenance. Ed the service desk person I brought my car in because the dash light said to "service now". I didn't realize that it was for my 40K mile maintenance. Ed the service desk person I dealt with was very clear in what needed to be done to my car without "upselling" me other services. He worked with me to find the best discount coupon available to help offset some of the cost. I had no option but to wait for my car to be serviced. Ed checked back with me every so often to let me know where they were in the process. The car was finished within the timeframe he had given...and with a wash to boot. I am very pleased with the service I received. More
