Unfortunately before we heard back from the dealership, we noticed the car was gone. The salesman Rich R. followed through this request with a short voicemail every couple of weeks, we ignored his messages as we did not see anything of interest on line at Union VW. Union VW is not the closest or most convenient VW dealerships to my home. We had gone to another closer VW dealership and sat down with a salesman to tell him what we were looking for in a CPO Jetta. Subsequent calls to this salesman, always started with reminding him that we spoke before, and what we were looking. When I found a car of Interest at Union VW, We reached out to Rich R. and made arrangements to see, test drive and ultimately purchase this vehicle from Union VW. Everyone was helpful and made the test drive and purchase go smoothly. I have already recommended the Union VW, the salesman Rich R., as well as a CPO Jetta to friends as a good safe reliable affordable option for their son's car. More
