Good inventory of CPO I visited three different VW dealerships. Union vw had the best selection of CPO Tiguans which is what I was looking.for. First salesman never called me with options as inventory came in. I gave him a list of what I was looking for and followed up with email but he never replied. I found the car I wanted myself- once I did an interior inquiry a new salesman reached out. I made an appt and bought the car. But it took over four hours! A better customer service experience would have been the dealership to have some food available or offer to go get us something since the vending machine chips weren’t cutting it. We were the only customers in there on a Friday and the process is just too dang slow. I appreciated that you are holding car for a later pick up due to parking issues. I hope the pickup process is quick. More
