They used very deceptive practices to manipulate us into supplemental insurance policies we did not agree to, want or need. When we tried to cancel, absolutely no one would take any action after MANY, MANY promises to do so. Only after opening a case against them with Customer Care @ Volkswagen corporate office did we finally get most our money back on February 26, 2019--- over 8 months they held $1600 hostage. This dealer is corrupt, I NEVER want to set foot on their property AGAIN. They have the worst report @ BBB I have ever seen, not to mention Google & Yelp or any other websites. BEWARE...... IT'S NOT A JOKE!!! More
