I recently purchased a Volkswagen GLI and I had a bad experience with the transaction. After I bought the car, I tried to schedule a 500 mile courtesy check up and that was another nightmare. At first I experience with the transaction. After I bought the car, I tried to schedule a 500 mile courtesy check up and that was another nightmare. At first I called to make an appointment which I thought was already made and I was told that there was nothing about me in their schedule when I thought it was arranged the day I bought the car. So apparently the person who was in charge of the check up was busy and I was told I would be getting a call back. I never received a call back so I called them again at the close of their business day and I was given a temporary date for the check up and then told that I would be called before that Wednesday to confirm. Needless to say, I was never called. I did not feel very appreciated as a new customer at that point and I did not feel valued as a person either. I waited a whole week until I had to call them again to try and schedule an appointment. I feel that it should not be that difficult to schedule a me as a new customer when I had quite a few choices of where to purchase and service my new vehicle and I chose the dealership which was not the closest one to my house. If I did not call back I am sure the appointment would still not be fulfilled. When I finally got the appointment schedule and done with I noticed that there were things wrong with my car that were either not there before or were overlooked by the people who inspected my car. There seems to be some kind of stain on the carpet in the middle of the front seats of the car. It looks like it might be some water damage coming in front the middle or the bottom of the car. I am not sure if it was part of the Zylon process that did that to the carpet or if it was something else but I am pretty sure that the carpet should not be off-colored like that. I do hope that it can be resolved as soon as possible. More

I came in about a month or so ago to see Nabil on the purchase of a jetta. I was very pleased with the service and sales experience that i became in the market for another vehicle and imediately called N purchase of a jetta. Having financed many cars, I always find the financing process long and dragged on. This was the very first time that I can honestly say that the process was hassle free and enjoyable. I want to first say last Wednesday, March 27th, 2013 I walked into the Union Volkswagen Dealership and Mr. Reggie Trail immediately came to greet me with a warm smile and took his time to show me every ca walked into the Union Volkswagen Dealership and Mr. Reggie Trail immediately came to greet me with a warm smile and took his time to show me every car I wanted to look at, at both car lots. He did not try to put me into a deal that he wanted but what I wanted and I really appreciated that. Mr. Trail called me to find out when I wanted to come in to purchase my car, I came in Monday around 5:10 and he ended his lunch to give me the attention I needed as a new customer. He introduced me to Mr. Mattina who greeted me with a warm smile and hearty hand shake. I was very impressed with Mr. Mattina, he took his time with me, my credit is not the best but he did not stop until I signed the last paper owning my Passaat. The complete staff at Union VW was very warm and inviting and spoke and asked if I needed anything since I was there for a lenghty time. I will recommend anyone to the Union VW dealership.
