Disappointed I went in for a tire replacement under my tire and wheel warranty and the service rep told me that the warranty company would only cover a portion of I went in for a tire replacement under my tire and wheel warranty and the service rep told me that the warranty company would only cover a portion of it, but she did not have a good reason why. When I asked her if she could work with them on my behalf and try to get them to cover the whole thing, she told me no and said that I would have to call them to ask. I called the company right there and then and they ended up matching the price that the service center was quoting. I am incredibly disappointed that the service rep could not do this basic customer service function on my behalf. At this time, I am not certain that I would go back to this service center unless it is demonstrated to me that I will be treated better moving forward. More

bad service experince at vw union service center. 1st up the recall fix took 6 hours. i wasnt offered a loaner vehicle or drop and or a pick up from my place, which is around 20 miles. i had to spend 1st up the recall fix took 6 hours. i wasnt offered a loaner vehicle or drop and or a pick up from my place, which is around 20 miles. i had to spend 70$ on unber to fix a company recall. Post the recall fix, i found black grease stains on the roof from inside the car. wow! some standards. i told them of a brake issue i have been having.. instead of taking time to understand it, i was hurried out since it was closing time for them. the delearship didnt even wash the car properly before they handed it out to me. More
