My sales specialist, Roger Zepka , was ver My recent purchase of a pre-owned 2014 Jetta TDI sedan was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences. My sales specialist, Roger Zepka , was very knowledgeable with VW sedan features , super friendly and attentive to my exact specifications in terms of what I was looking for in a Certified pre-owned vehicle. Roger was very responsive in answering my e-mails and calls, which is not the norm for a typical auto sales specialist. Roger had offered me an excellent deal on my trade-in as well.. I had an outstanding experience dealing with Kevin Santos, one of the 2 finance managers at VW of Union. Kevin was very friendly, responsive and well-versed in the details of the different extended warranties available to customers. Although this was a CPO Jetta Sedan, Kevin quite thorough in explaining the benefits of the extended warranties ( Tire & Wheel and Key Remote warranties) I was interested in purchasing being a previous TDI Passat owner. My experience with Volkswagen of Union as been Outstanding (5 star) so far which I attribute to both Roger and Kevin, who made car buying a fun and pleasant experience ! I look forward to picking up my plates in 2 weeks and will definitely recommend them to my friends & colleagues who may be interested in purchasing or leasing a VW. More
