Well I have been looking for a new car for some time but was not sure what I wanted. When I went to Toms Ford and spoke with Ken Gann, I test drove the 2011 Ford Edge and fell in love with the car. I also t was not sure what I wanted. When I went to Toms Ford and spoke with Ken Gann, I test drove the 2011 Ford Edge and fell in love with the car. I also test drove the Ford Escape not such a smooth ride as the Edge. I was able to pick the color I wanted ie White with a brown leather interior. The technology in the car is amazing the my Ford Touch is Great takes some time getting use to but so far so good. All in all Iam very happy with this car it is everything I wanted and more. More

Being referred to Tom's by a friend, I walked into the dealership a little cautious because of bad experiences at various dealerships. I had a warm welcome by a young man named Christopher Fennen. Knowing what car you want/need is very stressful but I felt very at ease with Chris. He was not pushy and was most helpful when it came to my concerns. Having a friendly staff, this man really stood out. He showed me vehicles I may be intrested in when we finally came to an agreement that a fusion would be most suitable for me. Not only was he receptive when it came to my concerns, he was intrested in finding me the best deal possible. Having such vast product knowledge on each vehicle, I was impressed. I especially like the fact that I can just pull up and someone will always take a look at my car. That is a big plus with me. Recently, I bought a 2008 Ford Mustang from Chris Fennen. He was very friendly and helpful. I have already bought several cars from him. He made me feel at ease, even though buying a car these days can be very stressful! He knows how much I love Mustangs.
