From the time we entered the showroom to purchase our vehicle my wife and I were treated very professionally. We were greeted by our saleman, Marc Brennan, who listened to our needs and proceeded to look vehicle my wife and I were treated very professionally. We were greeted by our saleman, Marc Brennan, who listened to our needs and proceeded to look for a vehicle (2011 Lincoln MKX) that met our expectations. We had a few models to choose from but when we found the vehicle that we wanted, he took us for a test drive. When we returned from the drive we sat down to negotiate the price. We sat with Marc and Alex Gilchrist, the sales manager, who patiently and meticulously entered data in different ways to find out the best deal for us. The process was a little tricky because we were doing an early termination of a 2008 Lincoln lease and there were various ways to do the calculations. We had shopped in other dealerships previously so we knew the dollar figure that we were looking for. Alex not only met that figure, he got the figure lower. Throughout the process, he was friendly and cheerful. There was no haggling, "nickle and diming" or stress involved. It was truly enjoyable. The next day we returned to the dealership to pick up our car. We met with Scott Nusbaum to complete some final paperwork. He actually had found a way to save us a few more dollars on our payment. He too was friendly and professional. When we concluded our business with Scott, Marc gave us the keys to our vehicle which was detailed and in perfect in every way. On my way car shopping one night, I stumbled upon the Dealer Rater website. After a terrible experience at a different dealer, we decided to give it a try at Tom's Ford because the reviews were so good. Dealer Rater website. I had seen Marc's name mentioned on Dealer Rater and ironically he was the man that helped us out when we first arrived at the dealership. All the kind words on this site about Marc are true, he's a great guy who is very helpful and personable. They do not pressure you into a sale and are more than willing to answer any question. We did buy our Ford Edge from this dealer and they definitely go above and beyond with the customer service, even giving tutorials on how to use your new car & all the gadgets! :) Looking to buy? I have easily purchased or leased 20 vehicles over the years from Tom's Ford. I have never had a problem that may have occurred over the years that wasn't corrected quickly without any hassle. It was a pleasure working with a group of people that know their product and believe in it. Marc was the salesman and did a great job but I also worked with Charlie and Larry both of whom were friendly, know their product and believe in it. I am always nervous about going to a car dealer because of the pressure they try and put on you to purchase the car at that moment. NOne of that took place at Tom's Ford/Lincoln. That may be because the product sells itself but I wne to other Linclon dealers where the experience was not nearly as satisfying. Hats off to Marc and the rest of the team. More

Marc Brennan was my sales person. He was very pleasant Marc Brennan was my sales person. He was very pleasant and did not pressure or rush me. He allowed me to test drive a few vehicles and asnwered all my questions. He was able to upgrade me from my Ford to a Lincoln and keep me in my budget. When it was time to fill out the paperwork it was fast and painless. When it was time to pick up my car it was detailed, gased up and ready to go. I have been to many other dealerships but this is my favorite and Marc made this a very pleasant experience. Thanks. I look forward to my free service visits. More

I stopped in to obtain the cost of leasing a ford escape to replace my honda crv.I ended up leasing an escape and trading in my wife's accord as well for a fusion. My wife and I had visiting 4 other dealership checking out different cars with varying degrees of satisfactions. We had requested an internet quote and three dealers responded. And then we made the round out different cars with varying degrees of satisfactions. We had requested an internet quote and three dealers responded. And then we made the rounds again and our last stop was Tom’s Ford. WOW what a difference we were treated like family. The sales person Marc Brennan was very pleasant and no pressure. So we discussed our needs and wants and he found the Ford Edge we wanted. That was it done deal. What else can I say but give Tom’s Ford a visit ………. More

I was surprised at the Excellent experience I had while purchasing a Used Vehicle at Tom's Ford. I do not normally go to a Dealer because of bad experiences in the past. Everyone at Tom's Ford was Help purchasing a Used Vehicle at Tom's Ford. I do not normally go to a Dealer because of bad experiences in the past. Everyone at Tom's Ford was Helpful and Kind. No One was Overbearing in any manner. I was helped with my Choice and Transaction, without feeling that I was being pushed into something that I did not want to do. I would Return to Tom's Ford for a Vehicle in the Future, and I would Definitely Recommend this Dealership to my friends. My Sales Professional was Marc Brennan, who helped make my purchase a Great Experience for me. I will definitely return when I need to purchase another vehicle.
