I've been going to Debbie Wagner for at least 15 years to purchase a car. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently ordered a 2024 Full Sized Bronco with Matthew Lyden at Tom’s Ford and the experience was amazing. I had previously tried ordering the same vehicle with three other dealerships but none of these d Lyden at Tom’s Ford and the experience was amazing. I had previously tried ordering the same vehicle with three other dealerships but none of these dealers showed any interest in ordering me a vehicle that regularly sells over MSRP. In contrast, the staff at Tom’s Ford was extremely willing to help and did so with the utmost professionalism and level of customer service missing from most other car dealers. Matthew took the time to ensure the order was exactly as I wanted. I also got to meet Jazmin, Rodney and Donna. All outstanding people with a real sense of care and willingness to engage with clients. Tom’s Ford will now be my go to when purchasing any new vehicle. Even if you have to travel, I highly encourage everyone to visit this dealership. I could not be happier. Thank you Matthew and Tom’s Ford for making this experience extremely pleasant. More
