Our first interaction with Tom's Ford was with online sales rep Charlie, who started our experience on the right foot. With great communication and follow up, he connected us with Rod Anderson. Our on site visit with Rod was refreshingly comfortable, unlike several other dealers we had visited over the past few weeks/months. We felt like we were in good hands from beginning to end. Rod was real and didn't use any tired sales tactics, pressure, or lines. Rod made it possible to relax and he made what can often be a stressful process, an enjoyable process. He made the process easy. We love Ford vehicles and we left feeling that we stumbled upon a great dealership with a unique approach to customer care and relationships. We not only had a good experience, but enjoyed our conversations with Rod. He is terrific and we will absolutely recommend him to any of our friends or family memebers. Rod, Scott, and their teams went above and beyond to get us into our new car, finding the vehicle at another dealer, and waiting for us when we were stuck in Garden State Parkway traffic to get there after closing time on a Friday night to pick it up. When I purchased my escape on 6/22 I also purchased 3 add on (running boards, hitch, auto starter). These were supposed to be in the following week. No call from salesperson. I called again the following week and left a message again, no return call. I called and asked for the sales manager, got his vm and my salesperson finally returned my call and said the parts were in. I scheduled service for today (Saturday) at 7am. At 7:40, I was told that service doesn't have my purchased parts. Again called the salesperson, waited 1 1/2 hrs, no return call, called the sales manager. Spoke to my sales person, he will check it out an call back within 1 hour. Waited 1 1/2 hrs, no return call, I called & left a message again. No return call with 1/2 hr, called the sales manager again. My salesman finally called back and said the parts were just ordered, and should be in next week. More
I have never been to a dealer before that had such a knowledgeable service employee who actually took the time to explain to me the problem my vehicle was having. Bob (Jr?) brought me to my vehicle and knowledgeable service employee who actually took the time to explain to me the problem my vehicle was having. Bob (Jr?) brought me to my vehicle and pointed out the areas that were effected and explained how driving habits can adversely effect proper maintenance wear. I learned a great deal about my 2006 Ford F350 Diesel and how to properly protect my vehicle. I would recommend anyone to Tom's Ford Lincoln for any of their service needs because you will be given the honest approach to your vehicle's proper care. More

After dealing with many not so great dealers over the years, I decided that it was time to avoid them and try a dealer that other people were raving about. At first I was a bit suspicious of the reviews years, I decided that it was time to avoid them and try a dealer that other people were raving about. At first I was a bit suspicious of the reviews I was reading. They could be fakes that were put here to pump up the dealers rep. Well; after going to Tom's; I can tell you that these great reviews are real. After owning a couple of Mustang GTs back in the early 90s and loving them, I figured it was time for a new one again. Maybe another GT? So I walk into the showroom and spot a Kona Blue Shelby GT500 sitting right in the middle of the sales floor. I immediately realize that I could be in trouble. Somehow, the thought of buying a plain old GT went out of my mind. As I am standing there a pleasant, tall gentleman says hello and then Debbie comes over with a big smile and offers her help. It seemed everyone was smiling and happy to be there. How could you not like being in an environment like that? I think I half heartedly asked if there were any GTs available and was told there weren't any but there were more coming. That left me with only one course of action. Buy this Kona Blue Shelby but don't be too enthusiastic about it. Yeah, right! This is a scarce, premium car and I remember over the years seeing cars like this in dealer show rooms with dealer added stickers on the windows that were there to jack up the prices. Well, there was none of that here. Not only was it being offered at sticker, but I asked for a discount and got it. Needless to say, I bought it. I love these guys! Now I haven't driven a car with a manual transmission since the 1990s and after the car was prepped, Debbie offered to sit in the car with me and let me practice driving it around the lot. Is she brave or what? I noticed there were none of those sissy handles over the inside top of the door when I took off and Debbie went to grab the missing handle. LOL! Then she had me drive around the neighborhood a bit to get me to a point where I could drive home without having to call Ford's road side assistance. She also explained everything about the car and even set up my phone to work hands free. She also downloaded my contact list into the car. Everything works by voice command. Very cool! I could go on and on about my great experience at this dealership. But to make a long story short, I will end it here. One more thing though- one by one, everyone eventually came over to me and shook my hand and congratulated me on my new car. I imagine because it is a special car. But even so, I thought that was very nice of everyone. Before you go anywhere else, you should give them a shot. After all, you can always leave if you are not happy. But you wont. More

Vinny was extremely knowledgable and was quick to help when it came to purchasing my new 2012 Focus. After various extremely poor experiences at other Ford dealerships I searched online for Ford dealershi when it came to purchasing my new 2012 Focus. After various extremely poor experiences at other Ford dealerships I searched online for Ford dealerships in my area and saw that Tom's Ford had gotten excellent reviews and after my experience I can see why they did. My only complaints are that they did not have the car I wanted in stock at the time and seemed as if they were trying to sell me on a different car just so they could make a quick sale another is that I feel that they tried to sell me the car I ordered at a relatively higher price than what the car was going for in the area although I do give them credit because when I brought this to their attention they did work with me to bring the price down a bit even though it was still a couple of hundred higher than average in the area. With that being said, I did not mind paying the higher price for my car because I know that at Tom's Ford I will get A+ quality service at their dealership and you really can't put a price on that. More

My first contact with Toms Ford was with Vinny. My lease was almost up and I was leaning heavily towards purchasing my Mariner. I made an appointment with Vinny and he introduced me to Marty to explain my o was almost up and I was leaning heavily towards purchasing my Mariner. I made an appointment with Vinny and he introduced me to Marty to explain my options. To buy or go into a new lease was the big question. Marty spelled out all the pros and cons, ran the numbers and gave me all the information needed to make a decission. Back to Vinny who listened to everything I wanted in my next car (and then some) and made it happen. Not to forget Scott who was responsible for what seemed like a bottomless pit of paperwork to be signed.It was all accomplished with a good sense of humor and no writers cramp. All 3 of these gentlemen made the car experience hassle free and truly a pleasure. I can honestly say I look forward to my next lease and working with them again. In the mean time I have 3 years to enjoy my Ford Escape. More
